Minimum training period: 1-3 years
Duration of each training session: 1 hour 15 mins
Intermediate
- Intermediate level footwork
- Different serving techniques
- Basic skills : backhand, forehand, clear(Tossing), smashing
- Technical skills : Hitting the shuttle to different corners using techniques like lunging, kick through, chasse movements
- Stroke play : Front and back hitting and moving , clearing to different corners using different footwork and skills.
- Tactical skills : Match practice using different tactics
- Badminton specific fitness
- Stretching with basic yoga
- Cool down and it’s importance
Age requirement: 7-10 year old
Minimum training period: 1-2 years
Duration of each training session: 1 hour 15 mins
Advanced
- Advanced Footwork and skills like different grips like backhand, short grip, long grip , bevel grip, pan handle grip etc
- Advanced footwork for full court movements.
- Different serving techniques used in matches.
- Backhand shot hitting, forehand shot hitting, clear(Tossing), smashing and tapping.
- Technical skills : Hitting the shuttle to different corners using techniques like lunging, kick through, chasse movements
- Stroke play to set up a rally : Front and back hitting and moving , clearing to different corners using different footwork and skills.
- Tactical skills : Match practice using different tactics to target the opponent’s weak area to score points.
- Internal Tournaments using groups to understand Match scenarios and full court practice
- Badminton specific fitness like jumping rope, Running , footwork drills etc
- Stretching with core strengthening and yoga
- Cool down and it’s importance
Age requirement: 7-10 year old (Mostly for 10-13 years old)
Minimum training period: 1-2 years
Duration of each training session: 1 hour 15 mins
Complexes
- Each sessions starts with 20 min session including warm up followed by exercises focusing on lower body strength and flexibility and stamina.
- We focus on off-court badminton drills like wall toss, shuttle balancing, tossing action , shuttle throw etc.
- The next 40 minutes are dedicated to playing on the court.

Finally, each session ends with stretching exercises, finishing off with 5 mins of meditation.
Age requirement: 4 plus (We conduct separate batches for under 10 and above 10)

We will help you achieve your goals. Remember that Badminton is a game which you can enjoy with your friends, and it will help you stay fit at the same time. Doesn’t matter how old you are!!!
